Processing Time

All domestic orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Every parcel is packaged securely to protect your natural gemstones and jewellery.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: $15.00 AUD (3-6 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $50.00 AUD (1-2 business days including tracking number)

International Shipping:

We offer two international shipping options via FedEx:

FedEx Express (Premium Service):

  • New Zealand: $67.50 AUD (1-2 business days)
  • Asia-Pacific: $83.60 AUD (2-3 business days)
  • East Asia: $84.75 AUD (2-3 business days)
  • North America: $82.50 AUD (3-5 business days)
  • Europe: $88.70 AUD (3-5 business days)
  • Middle East/South Asia: $108.40 AUD (4-6 business days)
  • Rest of World: $117.00 AUD (5-7 business days)

Standard International: $50.00 AUD (7-14 business days)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the shipping date, not the order date.

Tracking: All shipments include tracking numbers, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Complimentary Express Shipping

Orders valued at AUD $1000 or more automatically receive Complimentary Express Shipping Australia-wide.


Signature on Delivery

For added security, all GEMVUE parcels include Signature on Delivery.
If you prefer Authority to Leave (ATL), you may request it—but please note this removes insurance coverage for loss or theft after delivery.


Tracking Your Parcel

A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating.


Delivery Issues & Insurance

While delivery delays are uncommon, they may occur due to courier disruptions or regional conditions.
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, we will assist you in filing an investigation with the courier.

Please note:

  • GEMVUE is not responsible for parcels marked Delivered by the courier.

  • Any damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping details at checkout.
GEMVUE cannot refund or replace parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
